I downloaded this app today I will be deleting it when I receive my funds back. did pretty good at first…then later that evening made a deposit then it sat on pending for 5 hours and still pending! Highly recommend not wasting your time.
I've played for about 10 minutes over four different days, only to be met with a message stating I've hit my daily limit. When I sought help online, I received generic responses that didn't resolve the problem. I waited for an agent, explained my situation, and they were unable to assist me at all. The customer service is incredibly poor. First, you have to deal with automated responses that fail to recognize any issues, offering only compensation games for the inconvenience. They initially lured me in with ten plays of a game that didn’t function. After six hours, I finally reached a supposed live person who credited my account with a mere sixty cents! What a letdown!
I attempted to buy a $30 lottery ticket, but the transaction failed. I received an email saying my credit card was charged and the amount was added to my account. I tried again, and this time it went through. However, I ended up being charged twice despite the initial failure notification. I've complained, but it’s been four days with no response. I will never use this site again. I doubt they would return my winnings if I won something substantial. Avoid this platform—customer service is nonexistent.
The site is glitching, yet they continue to let us use it. It's absurd. I've shared the glitches on social media for others to see. It's shocking that they accept deposits on a malfunctioning site. The governing body should take responsibility. If you're using the site today, know that you’re on a glitchy platform. This feels like a scam.
As a Blackjack player, I created an account and played during Covid. After a bad experience, I didn’t deposit again. I returned in December 2025 and encountered the same frustrating issues: an unnatural flow of cards. You might win a little, but then the system ensures you lose consistently, with the dealer winning most hands. It's not a fair game; find a more realistic platform.
I made three withdrawals on December 10, 2025; the first two were processed instantly, but the third is still pending. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone. Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved within three days, it’s now December 20th, and I still haven't received my winnings. The support staff are utterly unhelpful. This feels like a scam—take my advice and steer clear of this site.
As an Alberta resident, I thought this site couldn’t be worse than others I’ve tried. I lost nearly $200,000 in the past and switched to this platform in early 2024, hoping for better luck. Unfortunately, I've lost almost every time I've played. I’ve tracked my sessions and never won more than $800, while losing about $150,000 since. I now limit my deposits to $600 daily. The online Blackjack feels rigged, while live dealer games are slightly better. I find it comical now, but I wonder if my contributions even help needy Albertans. If anyone has had a different experience, I’d love to hear from you.
