The customer service is incredibly poor. First, you have to deal with automated responses that fail to recognize any issues, offering only compensation games for the inconvenience. They initially lured me in with ten plays of a game that didn’t function. After six hours, I finally reached a supposed live person who credited my account with a mere sixty cents! What a letdown!
