I deposited $500 by e-transfer and it was deposited to their account immediately however showed as declined on my play Alberta account and never received the funds. Play Alberta has very nicely just stated we will get to it when we get to it. If I could give a minus score I would. They are under staffed and take extreme times for support and payouts as well. Shame on Alberta government and AGLC.
