I deposited $400 via e-transfer

I deposited $400 via e-transfer, and it was deposited into their bank instantly, then on my account it showed as 'declined' so I have $0 balance. Customer support provides 0 information on why, or how long it would take to resolve it. Asks for bank statement which you have to wait until the end of the month before they become available, and then I can upload. No timeline estimate, no guarantee you'll get your money back. Imagine some guy on the street took $400 from you and then says oops you get no service, won't tell you why or any information, and asks you to run around doing a bunch of work for a CHANCE to get your money back with no guarantees or timelines. You'd call the cops on that guy! Absolutely stay as FAR AWAY as possible from this site, complete garbage!!
