Terrible policies and customer service. I somehow entered a wrong email and it changed to that. I contacted them and they said I had to send in 5 documents , drivers licence, passport , bank statement etc. I blacked out information related to transactions and balance. 6 wks later I call to follow up. Nothing had been done and was told they would escalated the matter. One month later I follow up again and was told they do not accept blacked out documents which is b.s. I have now sent them a statement that has zero balance and another utility statement. Once this is corrected and I can withdraw my funds that I won I will be closing the account and filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the better business bureau. Stay away from Play Alberta is my recommendation.
