I ordered a sweatshirt embroidered with a picture of me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend is black and i am white. They embroidered my boyfriend as a white male, and when i e-mailed them about it (In a friendly tone), they kept writing back, that the order was correct and that i was wrong. I’ve send them multiple pictures and they still keep telling me that the order is correct. Every person who has seen the sweatshirt all has the same reaction. “Why is he embroidered as a white male”. They Will not send a new sweatshirt or let me return the sweatshirt. Very inappropiate and unethical.
