If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero, I would. Purchased a shirt on February 5th. First tracking number said it was coming from Sweden. Then a new tracking number was given through 17Track. This now showed coming from China. Tracking showed the package sitting in Indianapolis for weeks. I began emailing the company and was told to continue to wait. I looked at tracking daily with no updated details. On March 17th, USPS continued to show that the package was traveling. I checked the 18th and the package showed delivered to my mailbox on March 13th. It was not delivered. I emailed several times regarding the issue and was told to contact my post office with the tracking number they provided. It’s not a tracking number the post office uses. I told the post master that I was tracking through 17Track and she said it’s a scam mailing website and to cancel my credit card. Ironically, mid February there were fraudulent charges on my card and I had to get a new one. I have been asking for the return of my money daily. Total scam and I strongly suggest you stay away to avoid the issues I had.

Terrible material and colour

First of all, they’re trying to make you believe the product is sent from the US, when in reality it’s from china. Secondly, it looks NOTHING like on the website. The colour (army grey) is WAY off and the material is horrendous. Never ever ever ever again, don’t buy from here

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered for my son for Christmas. It took forever to arrive, after Christmas in the end, and it doesn’t even scan!! I am trying to email them and they have offered me USD3 compensation!?! Nothing like what I paid, and it’s faulty. This is not my error it is theirs yet they are refusing a refund, even though I have sent photos of the item and a video of it not working! Absolutely shocking customer service. Would never use or recommend again!!

Don't order from this company!

The merchandise was never received. One order's status was not updated since a month ago. They claimed the other order was delivered, but it wasn't. The goods supposedly shipped directly from China. The some of the customer service replies were in broken English. All referred to me to the post office which was not involved per their tracking link. Stay away!

Never again

2 months waiting , then receiving products different from what and then a ridiculous offer to damage limitation . And that at quite real prices.This is a thorough rip off and borders on fraud!

Doesn't work and poor customer service

I received the scannable hoodie...but it did not work.I sent customer support a message...their response was they wanted to give me a $4 credit...for a product they made that does not work. Terrible.

Quality as if it was Temu or Wish

I really looked forward to receive my hoodie, but I was so disappointed. Delivery time about 1month is ok as I live in Norway and expected them to produce these in the US. However, although the tracking indicate that it comes from the US, it really comes from China. This product is made in china and the quality is as if I bought it on Wish or Temu. Very disappointed. Also, the hoodie itself don’t match those portrayed on their site as it lacks the drawstrings. I will NOT order from here again. Very poor quality and very expensive price for something worth nothing more than 10$.

Poor Customer Service

The sweater is of good quality and nicely embroidered. The music code works. Unfortunately, the customer service cannot be reached as stated in the refund policy, which means returning the items is not possible. I have already sent two emails and received no response.

This company is FAKE!

I'm still waiting on a customized hoodie that I ordered over two months ago. The ad looks legit, but the company is a FAKE. DO NOT ORDER from playback memory.

Didn't received anything, it's a scam

Ordered a sweater from Playback Memory in December, paid $59.96, and never received it. The pickup point never got the package, and the courier confirmed it was returned to sender. Yet the company wants me to pay again to get it resent or refunded. Seriously? This is unacceptable. Still waiting on a proper solution.
