I have been dealing with this company for more than a month now. I received my initial hoodie order roughly 3 weeks after I ordered. The product would not scan upon arrival. They sent me another one but never updated me with shipping information or the status of it. I received a slightly different product from the first order and it did not scan either. First they told me that it was not working because of the color combinations and offered me $4 from a $40 order. Then they offered me $7 and said that the product was tested in the warehouse before shipping and said I could send them back at my own expense. My next choice was $10 compensation. This company does not care about trying to make things right.
