Recently, when I attempted to log in, I found my account suspended due to inactivity. I reached out to the support team, who requested my government documents and a selfie. I asked for a KYC resubmission option directly on the platform, but they just reiterated that I should submit my documents via email. Their support is dreadful; they don't respond to either consumers or sellers. My suggestion: if the platform wants to grow quickly, they need to enhance their support team and facilitate re-verification on the website instead of through email. Additionally, the platform is inactive on social media and does not utilize Discord. If they did, many disputes could be resolved by their Discord administrators. They also lack a user-friendly Terms of Service and FAQ section.
