Playey auctions sided with a scammer again. I bought a Fortnite account from someone. After a month, all email/Epic Games account information was changed to the same information as prior to the account being sold, and I was locked out. I provided screenshots of everything happening, and the seller's only argument was that I had access to the account at one point in time. The support isn't helping; they're absolutely incompetent. I've posted several pictures proving that the seller reclaimed the account. I even purchased the after-sales protection for this exact reason, seems like everyone involved is a bunch of scammers.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought an overwatch account for $128. However, the account I got had already been sold. The seller then tried to give me worthless accounts, and when I disputed the delivery, the seller was sided with even though I never got sent an account that wasn't banned or had incorrect login information.

PlayerAuctions sided with the seller of the account, and didn't refund me, even with significant evident from my side. So now I'm out of $128, and playerauctions doesn't even care that the seller scammed me. This website is extremely illegitimate.

The seller openly admitted fault in the dispute, and offered me another account, and yet, playerauctions still sided with the seller.

Now I have to deal with disputing it through my credit card, which is just more of a pain. I've lost $128usd, and had so much of my time wasted for a bullshit result.

I had bought over 10 accounts previous to this by the way, it was only on the first expensive account that I bought, that playerauctions decided to scam me.

I am writing to formally appeal the decision regarding this transaction. I purchased this account along with the trade insurance, so the decision to side with the seller is unacceptable.

The reality of the situation is:

This account had a history of being compromised/stolen before I even bought it.

After my purchase, the previous hackers/thieves attempted to recover the account. This suspicious activity triggered the platform to permanently ban the account.

The seller is now refusing to provide any information or assistance to resolve this ban.

Since I paid for insurance and the loss is due to the account's pre-existing security risks, I request that you re-evaluate this case and issue a refund under the insurance policy immediately.

Frustrating Experience with Account Suspension

I set up an account with the platform to sell my game accounts about 1.5 years ago. Initially, I decided to play more with my account instead of selling it. Recently, when I attempted to log in, I found my account suspended due to inactivity. I reached out to the support team, who requested my government documents and a selfie. I asked for a KYC resubmission option directly on the platform, but they just reiterated that I should submit my documents via email. Their support is dreadful; they don't respond to either consumers or sellers. My suggestion: if the platform wants to grow quickly, they need to enhance their support team and facilitate re-verification on the website instead of through email. Additionally, the platform is inactive on social media and does not utilize Discord. If they did, many disputes could be resolved by their Discord administrators. They also lack a user-friendly Terms of Service and FAQ section.

Frustration with Registration Process

I am attempting to register as a seller, but I'm not receiving the pincode on my phone. I've tried everything possible. I reached out to the support team, but it was all in vain. Has anyone else faced this issue, and how can it be resolved? It's incredibly frustrating for me, as I've been waiting to register since 2020.

Extremely frustrating registration experience.

The registration process was incredibly disappointing. I submitted my government documents, and although the site states the minimum age is 16, my account was suspended with no chance for appeal. I even attempted to delete my account to create a new one, but that didn't help either.
