I purchased an account (Order ID: 15657655) from a seller named "aryanphogat13". The seller waited for the payment to clear, then used their hidden backup codes to illegally "pull back" the account, completely locking me out.
When I left a negative review to warn others, the seller contacted me on WhatsApp and explicitly extorted me, stating they would only give the account back if I deleted my review. When I refused, the seller resorted to extreme cyberbullying, horrific profanity, and derogatory insults.
I took all of this to PlayerAuctions Trust and Safety team. I even provided them with a screenshot of their own internal messaging system where the seller explicitly admitted to the "pull back" method. I also showed them that other buyers have left reviews on the seller's page experiencing the exact same scam.
The response? Automated, copy-pasted emails from their support team (Krystyne, John, Catherine, and Bryan) repeatedly asking for "more evidence" while refusing to ban the scammer or issue my refund.
PlayerAuctions knowingly allows sellers to extort and steal from buyers. Save your money and buy somewhere safe. I am currently pursuing a chargeback through Yes Bank for fraud and filing an official cybercrime report for the cyberbullying.
