My order did not arrive, leaving my daughter without her Christmas present from her grandparents. I placed the order on November 30, and although it was supposedly shipped on December 4, it never reached me. Initial communication with the support team suggested they would take action and promised a full refund if the order didn’t arrive. However, the order never came, and my follow-up emails requesting a refund have gone unanswered. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but losing £100 with nothing to show for it is unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I recommend avoiding this seller.
