Have only played a few times here and there but this week while sitting in a hospital waiting room while my mom is jn Intensive Care I played to occupy my mind. Started actually winning, went to withdraw, verified my ID which was accepted. I had to put my phone down to talk with a nurse so it logged out. I go to log back in ACCOUNT LOCKED...that was 5 days ago. I emailed support 4 days ago. Their claim of 24/7 support is BS. I'll never play on-line again especially since I live in Biloxi, MS. I'll just go to a real casino cause these guys are a.joke.
