Play fame is greedy and they are a bunch of thieves. I swear on my kids if you’re going to play a social casino stay as far away as you can. How about over the past two years I’ve probably spent close to 10 thousand or more not saying I didn’t win some too. I live in Tn so starting the new year it was going to stop sweep coins. I didn’t know that. So I made my usual 100 dollar purchase and nothing. I waited an hour or so still my sweep coins never arrived so I jump on the support page and I 96 in the queue. I naturally thought that everyone was having the same issue so I waited 3 hours waiting for my turn. The person started out kinda of rude but it was late just figured she was having a bad day. I had no ideal at the time that playfame was leaving TN or I would have never purchased just gold coins common sense never have I did that before. After being on hold for another 30 mins for her to say I’m sorry but TN can longer get sweep coins because of TN laws. I ask her why didn’t I get some kind of email something letting me know this. Why in the world would the let you keep buying coins just coins every casino that stops letting you get sweep coins stops all purchases right not them they want every single dollar they can get out of someone. I kindly let her know that this was a mistake could I please get a refund for these coins I would have never just bought gold coins I had millions already. No sir I can’t do that it’s against the policy she went on and on how can a casino that you’ve been loyal to just screw you like that I begged literally even got so upset I about lost it. I was so confused that a company would just take someone’s money and not give a rats a$$ about the person they took it from. Like I said please stay away I work hard for my money for just someone to take it is not acceptable.

I continue to be impressed with this site. This is now the 3rd redemption and *I've had no problems with fast payouts. And really no problems with anything. I will continue to give them 5 star reviews if they keep this up. I love everything about this site, it's my favorite.

Played for the first time February 14th. I verified my account and bank card. Redeemed my $500. Waited 5 days and it never came. Tried to log into the account and it is locked for some reason. I reached out to support and I got nothing but radio silence. Pretty disheartened because they have a lot of my favorite games.

Update* They gave me no reason for banning my account..under 4.11 We reserve the right to suspend, close or refuse to open a Customer Account at our sole discretion.

So I won $500, they didn't want to pay so they banned me. Pretty shady and I'll make sure to spread the word.

Started actually winning, went to withdraw, verified my ID which was accepted. I had to put my phone down to talk with a nurse so it logged out. I go to log back in ACCOUNT LOCKED...that was 5 days ago. I emailed support 4 days ago. Their claim of 24/7 support is BS. I'll never play on-line again especially since I live in Biloxi, MS. Payouts really depend on the volatility of the slot being paid, but like a real casino, you win some....you lose more! The biggest issue is the customer support, if you come to them with an issue, for example..."you collected your daily reward and even though it says collected on the page you never received it" easy enough to understand....right? Well they'll respond first with "well you know if you miss a day the rewards start all over from day 1" and let's say you are 110% sure you haven't missed for over a month and you say to them "well my daily reward hasn't been missed and my reward board shows that I am on day 47 so I haven't missed in a month and a half" then they'll say "we'll I just looked and you've missed days on the past few weeks" not realizing that this statement contradicts their first statement. Then you "but if I missed, you just said it would have reset?" Them "well I just pulled your rewards report and it shows you have collected your rewards already" you "yes, that was my original issue. I said I collected my rewards but never received them" then they "oh I don't have access to those reports" you "wait....you can access my rewards report to see if I collected, you have access to a report that shows you I missed days...which I didn't, and even if I did...I somehow beat your amazing security and web tecnology to make the daily rewards overlook that fact...and you can access my account history and see which days and what packages i have bought and with which account I purchased them with...but if after I hit that button that says 'COLLECT' your system can't handle the capacity and there for can NOT save the data that would show you if I did or didn't receive payment for my reward....but I bet if I was suppose to get $.50 for my reward and you overpaid my account and I received $50...your system would see that!" They response would be "well....ummm....if you miss a day it resets all the way back to day 1!" Cuz either their customer service people are the dumbest support people on the planet or they are told to act like they haven't evolved passed their 💩 throwing stage if the customers problem has to do with "free" money (cuz every site claims that their SC or Sweepstake Coins and Sweepstakes tournaments are completely free....but if you ask if they will give you $2000 of their "free" SC so you can enter the "free" SC tournament...then they say "you have collected your "free" daily rewards bonus of $.30 so you will have to wait till tomorrow" even tho if it's "free" they should be able to give it out in truckloads full to anyone and everyone who would like some cuz it costs nothing to make...so no loss on initial product costs....and like I keep saying.....they claim it's "FREE"....and yet again....still can give out an extra $.30 cuz a customer is stating (for example) that they didn't receive the daily bonus reward they were promised after clicking on collect!!


Oh and I only call them sister sites, cuz I had the same issue with 2 sites and after getting the run around with customer service from one site...I went to talk to customer service from the second site....and the name and profile pic were of the same idiot I spoke with from the first site! And now it was ole Chester the Mo__st_r who had the pleasure of avoiding my root concern while he daydreamed about the pleasure he would get from the neighbor k_ds in his tool sh_d in his back_ard! So be careful people...customer service enjoys screwing you....and some of them enjoy screwing your k_ds as well...Chessss Turd!!

If I remember it like a measly 10 login. I mess with companies who have terrible daily bonuses. It scares them . In the year I have taken the free and cashed well ❤️‍🩹 very it good marketing. Frustration with Withdrawal Process

I'm confused about why my withdrawal is on hold for review. It's really frustrating after adding funds to the game and waiting almost a week to receive my deposits. Now that I've won, they are holding my winnings for review, despite being already verified. I want to understand the reason for this review process. It's concerning that you might win a little, but it takes so long to receive payouts. If you decide to play, be cautious about spending your last money, as winnings may take a long time to be processed. It feels unfair that they make significant profits from players but do not respect them by paying out in a timely manner. After 48 hours, I will be paid if there are no issues, but it's been 3 days without any response regarding my redemption. They seem to delay payments and come up with reasons not to pay quickly. I won't waste my money again if they don't value their players.

Account Lockout and Inaccessible Funds

My account has been locked, and I can't access my funds. The reason given was under a vague clause. They reserve the right to refuse account access or to close it at their discretion, and their decision is final with no appeal options. This platform can essentially lock you out without justification, leaving you unable to retrieve your money. I've faced a similar situation with another company that owns these sites; they clearly do not want successful users and will take your funds.
