Really negative experience. I was in a playfootball league with a group of friends, and we ended up having to drop out due to multiple long-term injuries and a few players moving out of the UK. Playfootball staff initially told me to submit a cancellation form and that once I did that, they would only continue to charge me weekly match fees for a maximum of four weeks (and would stop charging me sooner if they could find a replacement team). A few weeks later they went back on their word and said I will be charged every week until the end of the season. Feels quite unprofessional and disorganized.
