I’m truly let down by the service. Despite having a paid subscription, I've encountered three significant issues that hindered my work. I understand that bugs can occur, but what’s truly unacceptable is the complete absence of support afterward. Each time I reached out with clear questions, I anticipated at least a basic acknowledgment like: “We received your request,” “Here’s what to try,” or “We’re investigating.” Instead, I received no substantial replies, no troubleshooting, and no follow-up. As a paying customer, it feels like subscribers are ignored after payment is received. When charging a subscription, support should be included. Even if an issue can’t be resolved immediately, communication is essential. Currently, the experience is frustrating and unreliable due to the lack of assistance when problems arise.
