Disappointed with the service and lack of support

I’m truly let down by the service. As a paying subscriber, I’ve encountered three separate issues that have disrupted my workflow. I understand that bugs can occur, but the complete absence of support afterward has been unacceptable. Each time I reached out with clear questions and details, I expected at least a basic acknowledgment like: “We’ve received your request,” “Here’s something to try,” or “We’re investigating.” Instead, I received no meaningful responses, no troubleshooting assistance, and no follow-up. As a paying customer, it feels like subscribers are overlooked once payment is collected. When a subscription is involved, support should be part of the package. Even if an issue cannot be resolved immediately, communication is crucial. Currently, the experience is frustrating and unreliable due to the lack of help when problems arise.

Signed up to the service about 9 days ago...

I signed up to the service about 9 days ago with a premium subscription. I managed to create only a few designs before it started malfunctioning, stating I had reached my limit for 30 days. When switching from the alternative, it indicates I'm at my 3-hour edit limit, which has persisted since yesterday. I'm not trying to edit anything; I simply want to create images. Additionally, there’s no indicator showing how many images I can produce. Other AI art platforms offer better value, as they provide a meter, and even upon reaching the limit, you can still generate images at a slower pace. At this point, a 1-star rating feels generous.

Poor customer service and frustrating website

The customer service is lacking, and the website is frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to cancel the subscription, and I don't receive login links, etc. I would advise avoiding this service.

Used the service for a year

I used the service for a year. It was decent until I received warnings that my prompts didn’t comply with guidelines. I was simply using basic words. It’s not my fault the AI generator is inflexible and inconsistent. I got shadowbanned, couldn't add my image for the daily theme, and my images went unseen with no likes. I eventually deleted my account. There are many other AI image generators that are much less frustrating and don’t treat users like offenders for their shortcomings.

Slow and buggy infinite scrolling

The infinite scrolling feature is slow and buggy, making it difficult for users to browse portfolios. It can take hours to navigate through a gallery with many images, and selecting one to view often resets the entire page. After scrolling to what appears to be the bottom, it frequently hangs, preventing users from seeing the rest of the gallery as it stops loading. A simple paginated interface would resolve many of these issues, but they seem to prefer these poor UI choices.

Great AI, but poor practices and customer service

Their default option is for a year, which isn’t clear. I intended to purchase a month and contacted them immediately after noticing the charge. They took a long time to respond and suggested I switch from yearly to monthly. Now, a month has passed without a refund, and I’m left without a yearly service or my money. The live chat is ineffective, with little response, often from AI. The AI itself is impressive, and their images are well-crafted, but the service is extremely disappointing. Update: I received a refund. If they improve their payment system and customer service, they could deserve 5 stars due to the quality of their AI.
