I understand that bugs can occur, but the complete absence of support afterward has been unacceptable. Each time I reached out with clear questions and details, I expected at least a basic acknowledgment like: “We’ve received your request,” “Here’s something to try,” or “We’re investigating.” Instead, I received no meaningful responses, no troubleshooting assistance, and no follow-up. As a paying customer, it feels like subscribers are overlooked once payment is collected. When a subscription is involved, support should be part of the package. Even if an issue cannot be resolved immediately, communication is crucial. Currently, the experience is frustrating and unreliable due to the lack of help when problems arise.
