Extremely frustrating experience with the service.

The service is incredibly difficult to work with. They had no hesitation in taking my payment for a YouTube campaign that never took place. I reached out multiple times requesting a refund since they didn’t follow through with the campaign. I must say, I've never encountered a business that is this unresponsive and unprofessional. No campaign... No refund!

They placed us on a playlist a week ago claiming 19k followers. When I checked, it showed 0 followers. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. Of all the promotional services I've used, this has been the worst. Feels like a scam to me. That was a waste of $70.
