I would score 0 but unfortunately can only do 1 star! I ordered from holy cow customs (Rachel) my cup arrived not as described nor as it should look. The glitter doesn’t move and is stuck at the bottom and top of the cup with a huge gap in the middle.. can’t contact her due to being blocked and her mod was just as bad with her hostile attitude. So I’ve been spoken to like crap and left with an item fit for the bin
I find it very concerning that there is no disclosure anywhere on the website or during the ordering process that these cups are made and packaged in a household that contains cats. This is important information for customers with allergies or sensitivities, and without transparency, people cannot make an informed decision before purchasing.In addition to this, the way customer concerns are handled is troubling. I have personally witnessed customers being spoken to in a belittling and dismissive manner when raising genuine questions or issues. Concerns are often minimised, deflected, or reframed in a way that makes the customer feel at fault for raising them in the first place.Rather than addressing feedback professionally, responses can feel rude and invalidating, which discourages customers from speaking up. This combination of poor transparency and unprofessional customer interaction has significantly reduced my trust in this business.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Swears and being absolutely rude . The cups stink of cat wee and also picks her nose and goes to toilet on live and doesn’t wash her hands. Very bad should be shut down. Also on benifts and claiming over £1000 a month sometimes weekly . Dont buy of this person as cups also very separated when she makes them
Rachel doesn’t like to argue with “kids” but will bully that “kid” on a live infront of a few hundred people watching, laughing and mocking the girl for making a review video on how cheap and badly crafted Rachel’s cups are. Not to mention Rachel also neglects her animals— unfixed cats roaming around and jumping on her workbench (where the cups go btw)… & refuses to take a d*ing hamster with a tumour to the vet until her viewers start to get extremely upset. Do not buy from her.
