DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!!! Have been a wholesale customer for years. Recently I placed an order 10th February 26, paid in full. Now 24th February 26 and still not recieved. Due to incorrect documents or lack off them attached to the package for wholesale customs purposes. After being on with ups courier customs and excise and being told the issue is with the company/shipper, not me or my side off things. After several phone calls directly to flavour warehouse and there sales reps/account managers, who were so condescending and unhelpful on every call, didn't wanna know or try too help in any way, was told that the package/order was to be recalled and a full refund issued, today 24th Feb still no refund. Tried contacting again and again with no reply including 4 emails to get a response. But nothing, no call back, no email reply, zero communication. So now I'm going to have too try and get on with my bank and retrieve my money. Please consider before you buy off this company or align your business with them to rely on orders being fulfilled. And worst off all letting u and ur loyal customers down who could be waiting on the products you've ordered. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I ordered a Geekvape Aegis Solo 3 kit on 2 January 2026. It was delivered on 5 January 2026. The packaging was opened on 23 January, and upon initial setup, the device displayed a persistent "No coil detected" error. Multiple new coils were tested in the supplied tank, and the mod was also tested with a separate, known working tank. The fault remained. The device had not been modified or used beyond initial setup checks.The fault was reported the same day, and I was instructed to return the item for technician assessment. I used the retailer's provided free Evri returns route as instructed. Evri tracking shows the parcel was accepted into the network and marked as on its way back to the retailer on 30 to 31 January.I followed up on 4 February and was told once they located the parcel, they would be in touch. On 9 February, I called and was told they had received a large batch of returns and that I should wait until the end of that week while they processed them. During that call, I calmly stated that if the matter remained unresolved, I may need to initiate a chargeback. The call was then ended by the representative.A formal written complaint was submitted on 9 February requesting confirmation of receipt or an Evri investigation reference and setting a deadline of 5pm on 13 February, matching the timeframe I had been given. The deadline passed without confirmation of receipt, a trace reference, or a firm resolution date.As the return was made using the retailer's provided method for a faulty item, and no resolution was provided within the stated timeframe, I have now initiated a dispute through my card provider.
