Started a trial to test this service. They picked a wrong Song from another Artist. Wrote 2 times a mail explaining the situation. Also tried to send not just the mail to info, isntead of this to brain as mentioned in case of problems. But Info just answered we will check. 1 day 2 days 3 days ... Different mails no real solution. Wanted to try to invest in a yearly program. But thanks for the trial showing me to invest in another service. After 6 days i decided now to cancel send 2 mails still no answer. Maybe this it not the standard, but this is how it went.
