I was initially unhappy with the results I got from the playlisting and decided to cancel my subscription. I was unfortunately charged another fee and it took a few weeks to get a reply but thankfully Brian from PlaylistGrow was quick to resolve the issue once he was made aware of the situation and he provided a refund with the kind offer of reviewing my song for free and placing it on more appropriate playlists.
