I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account for over 7 months. All requested documents have been accepted and verified.
Support suggested using INTERAC to receive funds, but this option is not provided on the withdrawal page.
Support then suggested doing a Wire Transfer. This was attempted 10 times, all approved by the site, but rejected by the receiving bank. I requested to see the data sent so I can correct the error, but nothing has been provided.
Seems like there is some monkey-business going on here.
