Closed the account after playing less than 2 weeks. I lost a lot in the first week and then won just a little bit of it back in the second week. But they wouldn't let me cash it out. They kept asking for document after document, until I finally threatened to contact news agencies. It was absolutely crazy trying to cash out just a small amount. They then emailed me and said they were closing my account due to me being a "high risk" gambler, I told them happily to do so, I had no intention of ever EVER playing this site again. Save yourself the aggravation and money and find another site.
Very bad experience with ojo. No response to emails. For weeks trying to get response from them to unblock login and my account. No response. Chat boot is useless. Dmitrjis
The site seems great when your depositing, sometimes you win sometimes uou dont. However I've been trying to upload to verification docs for almost 2 months. Finally got an email response saying its because my name isn't on my card so they want a pdf bank statement. That would have been nice to know 2 months ago, it just tells you to upload a utility bill. OK great so all I do is upload my pdf bank statement.... but you can't upload a pdf to the file uploader. I've emailed it to "support" but im sure they will again direct me to the file uploader. Its bullshit really. I should not have any verification issues, all my id has the same address, ive only ever used my one bank card. It should be straightforward.... unless its a scam.
PlayOJO is refusing to release my £375 deposit, citing vague Fair Play rules. This is against UKGC law, which states deposits must be withdrawable at any time. Customer support canceled my deposit withdrawal.
According to UKGC, players must be allowed to withdraw their own deposited funds at any time, regardless of whether a bonus or promotion is active.
Wagering requirements cannot apply to deposits, only to bonus funds or bonus winnings.
Operators are free to require players to meet wagering requirements for bonus winnings so long as they can withdraw winnings made with their own funds, no matter how much or how little they have played.
What not to do
players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance
Your clause that “deposits must be used” or “wagered appropriately” is vague, unenforceable, and not compliant with UKGC law.
Their customer service people clearly using template replies.
Good evening, Lucy.

Thank you for your email.
I'm not Lucy. (: really proffesional guys
Furthermore, reading people reviews who experienced same issue are advised to request withdrawal request for their deposit with their winnings from free spins removed.
That's what am asking for, but instead they are pushing me to gamble with their customer service answer

UPDATE
I request a withdrawal of my deposited funds and will forfeit any winnings from free spins. I played free spins I received, and the resulting winnings were used to place bets from my real balance. This shows that my deposits were engaged in gameplay.
No matter how much you bet no matter how much money you use you’ll never get the feature even if you bet the extra to get the feature m. It’s. A scam site which I’ll never use again.
Dirty robbing scum you say you use rgn but it’s a lie pure and simple. I’ve spent thousands and never win anything! Be aware they lie scam and scheme. The free to play who wants to be a millionaire and lucky envelope you’ll never win it’s all a scam. Do not believe the agents replies they are told to lie and scam you.
Deposited 100 dollars and watched it literally just go down the entire time without a single pick me up moment, no, just straight empty spins start to finish, dog shite website
Extremely Frustrating Verification – Feels Like a Barrier to Withdrawals
I’ve enjoyed the games on PlayOJO, but the verification process has been extremely frustrating. After depositing money, I found it almost impossible to verify my account for withdrawals due to repeated technical issues with camera and file uploads.
There is no alternative verification method, such as email, which makes the process unnecessarily difficult. From my experience, it often feels like the system is designed to make withdrawing funds very hard. Providing proof of debit card ownership is essentially impossible because my bank cannot issue statements showing both the last 4 digits and my name. Overall, I cannot recommend this website, it makes accessing your own money extremely difficult. I also find it frustrating that they advertise on CP24 while having such poor verification processes.
Stay away from these scam artists. Almost immediately signing up with these guys I started receiving spam messages through text and calls, of fake winnings and awards. These guys are definitely not legit and alter the winnings on games. Stay far away from these crooks they're definitely giving away your information.
Everything was fine until now. They took delayed payment (50euro) from my revolut account. Im using it only for gambling sites so its easy to track. And there wasnt any deposit what they didnt take straight away. Even checked bank statemant and what they show on website and there is 56 euro difference. Sometimes deposit dont go true and i do it again but i dont get extra money on my account. Sent email to support and no response at all.
To elaborate on the £2,150 mentioned in my earlier review, I have provided the exact details multiple times through chat and email, yet I have received no response. It's frustrating that replies only come through this platform. I am missing winnings from two rounds of Fireball Roulette where my wins were recorded but not credited: £2,000 win not received
Round ID: 610836322
The system indicates a £2,000 win, but the payout shows as £0.00. £150 win not received
Round ID: 610817876
A valid win was recorded, but again settled as £0.00. In both instances, my balance decreased despite the recorded wins. This situation is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution, a clear explanation, and direct confirmation once both amounts are credited, rather than selective responses only on public reviews while my emails and chats go unanswered.
