The site seems great when your depositing, sometimes you win sometimes uou dont. However I've been trying to upload to verification docs for almost 2 months. Finally got an email response saying its because my name isn't on my card so they want a pdf bank statement. That would have been nice to know 2 months ago, it just tells you to upload a utility bill. OK great so all I do is upload my pdf bank statement.... but you can't upload a pdf to the file uploader. I've emailed it to "support" but im sure they will again direct me to the file uploader. Its bullshit really. I should not have any verification issues, all my id has the same address, ive only ever used my one bank card. It should be straightforward.... unless its a scam.
