My vacuum cleaner is incredibly disappointing. It hardly picks anything up, especially on carpets. The head doesn’t rotate, and the battery life is insufficient for my average-sized home. I feel let down after reading its advertised capabilities. I’ve gone back to using my old vacuum, which I thought was bad. Lesson learned: I won’t buy anything like this online again. I'm feeling angry and frustrated about this purchase and the wasted money.
