I ordered a queen size electric blanket but received a throw size instead. It took six weeks to arrive from overseas. My wife plugged it in, and it stopped working after less than an hour. This has been a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money.

The chat support is unhelpful. The staff is polite, but they aren’t resolving the issues. Overall, a disappointing experience.
