The product isn’t as described. It couldn't cool a small room. Trying to get a refund has been frustrating, and they won’t provide the return address. When I finally received it, I found out the return shipping cost is more than half of what I originally paid for the ineffective air conditioner. It might cool a small area if you live in a cupboard. The chat support is unhelpful. The staff is polite, but they aren’t resolving the issues. Overall, a disappointing experience.
