I’ve never seen such shit matchmaking, and I’ve played a lot of competitive games, trust me. Overwatch doesn’t care about your skills. If they want you in a specific rank, no matter what you do, you’ll stay in that rank. And if they want to rank you up, they will.
It feels like they are doing this just to keep the game alive, because otherwise, this system makes zero sense.

This game sucks and discourages communication i got banned for a month for saying "useless mercy or lifeweaver switch plz " and "gg no tank" insane. Say anything remotely negative and you are getting punished immediatelty by the stupid automated review which stakes for stuff you said 2 years ago. The game has people throwing and cheating in hundreds of matches and zero punishment. So now people do use any communication just silent matches where yoyr teammates do their own thing and you do yours had hopefully win . No competive stratigy or planning. I had a friend get reported a warning for spamming pings unbelievable.
Selling stuff that you render differently after the purchase is just off, greedy, and damn criminal! Every week it's a different game because Blizzard cant keep their sticky fingers off of a proper character, they have to change it, ruin it and move on to the next. 4 years and 5 chances, it's always a disappointment
