Later, I discovered they charged me for another year at a higher rate without my consent. After spending over two hours on the phone for two consecutive days, the automated support informed me that I was ineligible for a refund. Despite the website stating that refunds are possible within 14 days, I was denied just two days later. This issue began when I attempted to play a game I already owned, only to find that the latest version had been automatically installed. I cannot access my game unless I purchase the new one. Even after multiple attempts to uninstall the new version, I am forced to reinstall it to play. This feels deeply unethical. As a parent, I would be concerned about how my child is being misled by the system. My credit card information remains in their system. I have a solid understanding of technical matters, yet this situation seems to warrant further investigation.
