One of the worst customer services on the planet! I'm getting harassed via message on PlayStation yet I'm the one getting warnings! I reported this to PlayStation and guess what!? Yep it fell on deaf ears yet again! Being mentally ill I find it very distressing when I'm getting warned because of others being idiots! Well get lost PlayStation and your pathetic service.
Playstation sold me a game that won't work they will not refund money or try in any way to fix the problem..I've had Playstation support staff told me not to call back that I would never get my money back and I cant do anything about it
I received a 3-day ban for offenses related to a game. The representative even apologized a few times. Why can't I play in a game mode that has no communication options? It's ridiculous. I can't even appeal to resume playing because appeals are only accepted for 6 months or for permanent bans. How is this fair? I've invested money into this, and just because someone shot me during a friendly match after 270 hours with only a few kills, I face this punishment? This is completely unfair.
I'm really unhappy with the gaming system. My brothers are obsessed with it, constantly moving from one house to another to play. They don’t allow us to join in, which makes me feel like there’s no point in having games that are meant for girls. It's a waste of money, and I definitely won't be purchasing one again.

This ordeal began when I tried to play a game I already owned, only to find that the latest version had been automatically installed. I cannot access my game unless I purchase the new one. Even after multiple attempts to uninstall the new version, I am forced to reinstall it to play. This feels deeply unethical. If I were a parent whose child encountered this, I would be concerned about how they are being misled by the system. My credit card information remains in their system. I have a solid grasp of technical matters, yet this situation seems to require further investigation.

Unauthorized charges were made on my son's mobile phone account, totaling over £120. He does not own a gaming console, and no one else had access to his phone. A quick search reveals this is a long-standing issue. Why is the company allowing such fraud to continue? There is no confirmation for these charges. I made 14 attempts in 6 days, with only 4 going through. Why wasn't this flagged? The company should not be using any payment methods that are insecure.
