I am distraugt. Playstation took £119.99 from my bank for a rolling contract I no longer required. It said I have 14 days to get it back. I ended up going round and round and round in circles or coming to dead ends. Eventually I wrote to London within the time limit but got no response.After the time limit in the bottom depths of a web site I found a number. I called it 3 different times and was told "our policy says no". What horrible people. I am a single mum and struggling.
