On hold for 3 hours, to get bounced between 5 representatives who had no idea what was going on other than their rain bets, then got put back on hold for an hour before giving up l. Ide sell my Playstation but I dont w8sh having to deal with this on my worst enemy, skinny in chucking it out a windows, getting my 2 year warranty refund, and buying an Xbox, yall suck as* sony.
