Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service and the help(at)playtestcloud.com email representative Emily doesn't really help you at all and instead gives vague answers to your questions almost as if its an ai response system. Not to mention their lack of support for quite literally anything.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They collect your data literally everything. Location, name everything. Then you are not eligible for any job with them. I gave about 10-12 reasons and goals that I achieve while playing. And they reject every time telling me that I do not qualify because I did not present enough goals while playing.

Dogshit registration

Dogshit registration, for some undisclosed reason I am my eligible to test. They cant tell you why you cant test but they are happy to take all of your info.
