I ordered a quilt and pillowcase set that took a few weeks to arrive. Upon opening the package, I realized the product didn't match the quality shown in the advertisement. The pattern appeared pixelated and cheap, while the colors, though similar to what was advertised, seemed muted. When I reached out to the customer service for a return, I found out that I had to email them for the return address, which is likely overseas. Additionally, I had to cover the return shipping and tracking costs, and they must 'approve' the return before a refund can be issued. To make matters worse, the provided email address was non-functional; I copied it exactly, yet I received a failure notice stating, 'Message length exceeds limit set by recipient.' I plan to resolve this through my payment provider, but this experience has fallen short of my expectations for both product quality and customer support.
The loungewear looked appealing in pictures, but upon arrival, the quality was subpar despite the high price I paid. The sizing was also problematic. I felt misled, as I was unaware the products were shipped from overseas. Knowing this would have changed my decision to spend $200.00. The loungewear I received is not worth that amount; even basic options from other retailers are of better quality. I'm not usually one to leave negative feedback, but this feels like a misrepresentation. Be cautious and consider the return policy. A valuable lesson learned.
I had the same issues as many other negative reviews. The product quality is very poor and it was drop shipped from overseas. The sizing is significantly inaccurate, and you have to pay for returns back to the overseas location! Even other platforms provide free returns. It’s truly a waste of both time and money.
I ordered three bedspreads. The first one was beautiful and fit my queen-sized bed perfectly. The second was slightly smaller and didn't hang down as much on the sides. Both of these first two had stunning prints, which were the main reason I chose to buy from the company. For the third, I wanted a neutral color and print in Ginkgo, a mix of white and tan. However, the pattern was so faint that I requested a return, as it didn't resemble the design shown in the photo. I understand that monitors display colors differently, but my photos showed a stark contrast to the company's images. The company disagreed with my assessment, and my bank and PayPal also received the same unsatisfactory response from them. My photos depicted a plain off-white fabric with no design at all. The return policy is unreasonable; returning it to China would cost me over $80 for an item that was more than $100, or I could keep it for an unreasonably low refund. I opted for a refund and only received $15 back. The site suggests that items don't come from China, but they do. As much as I loved the prints, I won't order from them again due to their misleading business practices and unreasonable policies. Review their return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
I absolutely adore my new robe! The quality of the cotton is so buttery and majestic, and the cut is generous. The pattern is breathtaking. I am 5’7” and about 120 and I got a medium and I love how much coverage there is. There are 2 pockets. The colors (teal and gold) are even more beautiful than on the website! I put it on and my mom came over and she gasped in awe. The robe falls at my mid calf, and I intend to buy a few more colors because in summer? I can wear this out on the town with boots! For the price you will be blown away by the quality. And the sweet package it was sent in, too. I’m confident anything from this seller will also make a beautiful and impressive gift. Also, I’m neurodivergent and am really sensitive to fabrics- this robe is one I wrap up in like a hug. So grateful I took the chance and bought it from an ad. Best online purchase ever!
I got the cotton gauze robe in gold with the light blue trim and inside.It is wonderful and I absolutely love it. It’s cooling in the warmer weather, but now, as it gets colder, it it surprisingly warm. I layer it over a turtleneck and leggings and wear it around the house now all the time.It is refreshing to make an on line purchase and find the product better than advertised.
There was a shipping problem however customer service fixed everything very quickly. The product is exactly as I expected. Very beatlutiful. Correct size, well made. I would purchase from Ownkoti again. I would recommend Ownkoti highly
I ordered a size Large Pijamas as they come in sizes M, L, XL. The size was way off as they could fit a 10 year old. I tried to get a refund and they have been very difficult to work with and only gave me a partial refund of 10$, for a 60$ pair of pijamas. They claim they sent me another larger pair and that it was delivered. It was not. I think this company is a scam and they don’t stand by their own product quality.
