I am utterly disappointed with this so-called service. After spending $3500 on a desktop computer, it started shutting off by itself after just 6 months. I returned it under warranty and got it back only after 3 months, but the same problem persisted. When I returned it again, I was told it needed a BIOS upgrade. The representative at the warehouse has now refused to send it back, leaving us to pick it up ourselves. I strongly advise against using this service.
