I am extremely disappointed with this service. After spending $3500 on a desktop computer, it started shutting off by itself after merely 6 months. I returned it under warranty and got it back after 3 months, only to find the same issue persisted. After another return, they claimed it needed a BIOS upgrade. The representative at the warehouse has since refused to send it back, leaving us to pick it up ourselves. I strongly advise avoiding this place!

CAUTION: Avoid this service! I purchased a brand new laptop that broke down within 6 months, frequently shutting off and sometimes failing to turn back on. Upon taking it in, they identified an issue but sent it away for repairs, only to inform me weeks later that nothing was wrong. After receiving it back, it lasted just 2 weeks before malfunctioning again, now slower and with charging issues. When I requested a replacement or refund, they refused. I feel like I'm being scammed—do not buy from them!
This laptop is well-built but underperforms compared to my older, less powerful device. It's troubling to see better performance from a 5-year-old laptop. I've faced several issues, including a flickering screen when plugged in, lag when opening windows, and crashes during file transfers. Good speakers are pointless if they're poorly placed.

I ordered RAM and paid for express shipping, but there was no shipping update by Saturday. After contacting the store, I was assured the order was on its way. However, by Monday, there was still no update, and nothing reflected in my account.
