Order canceled after payment – very disappointing

This was a very disappointing experience. I placed a fully paid order, only to be informed later that the item was out of stock due to a 'stock discrepancy.' The order was then canceled without my consent. For a company that positions itself as premium, this stock management failure is unacceptable. A confirmed order should mean the product is available; otherwise, it shouldn't be sold. This experience validates the negative reviews I had read. I will not be shopping here again. A refund has been promised, but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
