Horrible!!!

I cancelled my order within the cancellation window, received confirmation, and these incompetent people completely ignored me. They went silent, no response to emails, nothing, then shipped the package anyway. Classic bait and switch.
This is fraudulent behavior. They take your money, ignore cancellation requests, and force you into a return process that they'll likely screw up too (based on other reviews).
Their customer service is non-existent. They "play dead" exactly as others have described, ghosting customers until it's too late. This is not how a legitimate luxury brand operates.
Save yourself the headache. Shop literally anywhere else. This company doesn't deserve your business."

Long delays and wrong item received

The company took over a month to deliver my order, and when it finally arrived, the jeans were the wrong size. When I tried to return them, I was told it was 'too late' and received no response from customer support. The phone line was also non-functional. This experience feels fraudulent, and I believe this company should be prohibited from selling products. I feel like my money has been taken.

This was a very disappointing experience. I placed a fully paid order, only to be informed later that the item was out of stock due to a 'stock discrepancy.' The order was then canceled without my consent. For a company that positions itself as premium, this stock management failure is unacceptable. A confirmed order should mean the product is available; otherwise, it shouldn't be sold. This experience validates the negative reviews I had read. I will not be shopping here again. A refund has been promised, but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Order placed but no updates

I ordered a jacket on December 3rd, and by December 19th, I still had no updates on my order. I emailed them four times with no response, and judging by other reviews, I'm not alone. At this point, I just want my money back and will avoid this brand in the future.

They take advantage of returns

They really take advantage of their return policy. The customer service phone number is never answered, and my email inquiries went unanswered. I ordered a shirt that took a month to arrive, but it was too big to return. When I requested a return, I was informed I was past the 14-day return window. I've made four calls and sent four emails to customer service with no response.

Awful customer service

Do not purchase from them

This was a very disappointing experience. The shoes came apart after the first wear. I reached out to the company several times via email but never got a response. There is no option for returns and no customer support available. I cannot recommend this company.
