Following on my previous experience delayed delivery experience from online website of Phillip PLEIN (a £970 purchase!), after many emails, UPS delivered the item and left it at my doorstep, taking a photo as proof of delivery. I had to drive home from work from another town so the item would not be stolen. I contacted customer services for return, as the item was three weeks delayed, the website stated returns cannot be processed. Again after several emails to them returns label was sent. I followed their instructions which were very poor placed 3 invoices in clear plastic UPS plastic sleeve, put the returns label and posted it off. Now having received at the Poland ups warehouse they are not providing information for clearance for it to be delivered. I’ve sent several emails and not getting any response. UPS have given a deadline of 22nd February for receiver to provide documents. If this doesn’t get processed by Philip PHILIPP PLEIN customers services this item will be returned or destroyed. This purchase has caused me extreme stress and distress and my money is stuck with this unscrupulous seller.If you want to have similar experience as me, then please go ahead and buy otherwise take heed from this feedback and do not at any cost buy from this seller. Also like other customers I have received constant SMS messages about sale items every week which get reduced because nobody is buying their crappy stuff. Will keep you updated if I ever get my grand back!
