Ordered a pair of supersonic sneakers, they used fed ex as a delivery service who lost my delivery (translation it was stolen)This took place 23rd January, I sent over 5 emails pleading with Phillip plein to issue me a new pair instead of refunding the money. They first responded 2 days ago saying they will give me an update and then today sent my money over.The two pairs of trainers that I wanted in that time went on full sale and sold out in all sizes. Absolute disgusting disgrace of a service
