Hello, I ordered a shoe rack from Philip Plein, specifically, RUNNER HEXAGON. The products were ordered on 1/13/2024 and arrived at destination on 2/1/2024. Unfortunately the shoes had very serious problems. The leather and the soles are peeling. I can't believe Philipp Plein has errors like this. I paid $400 for the pair of shoes and they arrived in very bad condition. On Friday, 2/2/2024 I tried to return them but an error appeared "something went wrong". I tried again to make the return on Saturday (2/2/2024) and the website says that 14 days have already passed. Theis website measures the date I placed the order and not the date I took possession of the goods. In fact since I took possession of the goods (2/1/2024) only 4 days have passed not 14. I can't believe Philip Plein delivers products in such a bad conditions. I have proof from the UPS courier company that the products were delivered on Thursday, 02/01/2024 and I messaged them to facilitate my rights to return the products. I will keep posted this review if they will solve or not solve my issue with the return. If you still want to buy something made by them, use Mytheresa or other websites.
