I wish I could give zero stars. I have sent numerous emails and made calls without receiving a refund for four items totaling $150. The quality was poor, all items were mis-sized, and they refuse to refund me despite my requests since December 25. They even offered a partial refund while I would keep the items, but I want a full refund. Stay away from this scam!
Do not order from this company. I sent a return back. I had to ship and pay postage myself — they insisted on a tracking number. I provided the tracking number—package was delivered on January 13th. The will not provide me with a refund after numerous attempts to contact them. These people are thieves.***UPDATE*** As of 3/8/2025, Pleshycozy.com DID provide me a refund for the amount of my purchase. They stated there was a system glitch and customer tickets were not being resolved.
I have tried to get it returned simply because it was not exactly what my wife wanted and I have not been able to get any answer or information about returning it despite their statement that someone would be in touch. Terrible service so now will flag the charge on my credit card.
Delivery arrived only at the beginning of January, advertising for the matching Christmas gift and then after the order it says that it only arrives after Christmas. First minus point. In addition, you are responsible for the return, from Germany to the USA of course including shipment tracking for around 50€. The customer remains seated at this expense. Impossible. Because that's not enough, I was promised a refund within 3-5 days, today 15 days have passed... guess what, right no refund. For me, this is a service that is not contemporary, let alone transparent. Therefore, at this point the one on my part, under no circumstances order!
Product review: the sizing guide is not accurate at all. I bought the robe, shorts and tank set; the shorts and tank fit like an XS. Their website says they pride themselves on their customer service - when I sent them an email, the reply is from a Ai Bot. There is zero customer service support once your purchase is completed. I do not recommend purchasing items from them.
Total Scam!!! The product is way overpriced for what you get. Shipping took 3 weeks and arrived after Christmas. The sizing is terrible and a woman's large would not fit a 12 year old girl. Now I have to ship it back, at my own cost, because they don't do exchanges, and hope they refund some of my money. Please don't waste your money on this company.
