Just fantastic!I have been a customer for a while now as just wanted to try heated tobacco sticks as an alternative to cigarettes. The first thing to note is the delivery time is excellent. It says 1-3 days delivery, but chances are if you order early in the morning you will get it next day. Every single order has been spot on, never had one issue.There are always promo codes being sent out so make sure you subscribe to mailing list. I am rating the company service quality as well as products. Needless to say the sticks satisfy a nicotine craving as much as traditional cigarettes. I think there are 10 varieties available (with 2 clickable in purple and green options). There is something for everyone. Also worth taking into account that the way the products are advertised are not in a novelty way as can be the case with disposable vapes. The site is easy to navigate and really well designed.The money saved is obvious although the price has gone up 50p a pack over the last few months, but considering my local stores only seem to stock 4 varieties at any one time (and never my favourites) it makes sense to order direct. The device itself on a full charge will last for the duration of a full pack of HTS. Umm I can't think of any negatives. I suppose a few more interesting flavours would be cool (thinking along the lines of berry variants, whilst steering clear of things like cotton candy etc). Keep up the great work guys!
