Very disappointing experience.
My last 5 orders to Germany since February have all been returned before even reaching me. The latest parcel was marked “Refused – Returned to Sender” by the carrier, although I never refused it.
Tracking shows the shipments are being rejected during export processing in the UK, which strongly suggests ongoing customs/shipping documentation issues.
What is even more frustrating is that this has been happening repeatedly for months, yet the export problem still does not appear to be resolved.
Unfortunately, customer service has also been very unhelpful and has not provided any clear explanation or effective solution.
Even orders containing simple items like brush sets were returned.
I used to enjoy ordering from PLouise, but after five failed deliveries, I have completely lost confidence in their international shipping process.
If you are ordering from Germany / EU, be aware that delivery problems may still be ongoing.
Very disappointed.
