Had problem with wrong address for my order tried ringing but phone not on for weekend but managed to email and with in 24 hours had a reply and sorted straight away jodie was great at her job first time using and cant complaint what so ever fabulous experience so far can't wait for my products to come ❤️
Amazing, so friendly, lovely staff especially our server Freya. Wonderful experience and so pink! Expensive cafe as expected but huge portions and actually not too bad value! Entertainment and games, theme was amazing!
Today has been amazing, my daughter and her friend for her 13Th birthday what a magic place of girly heaven. We bought the obsessed for legs and the cherry suitcase with the help from Veronica thank you, highly recommend we will be back xx
My daughter has had the best day celebrating turning 11yrs old. She spent a fortune here but loves all the products. Food fabulous esp blessing the lady who served us so happy smiley and got my daughter a crown hat bless her. Will be back
The staff are soo nice especially blessing she was such a kind employee who took good care of me my mum and 8 year old sister. I loved everything about the empire. I will definitely recommend it and come back in the future. Thank you PLouise!!!!
Amazing experience. Blessing was a beautiful employee who took good care of us whilst we dined. The entire time was spent with fantastic tunes playing in the background , wonderful and helpful staff and great vibes !! Would recommend. My two daughters aged 13 and 8 thoroughly enjoyed !
Fabulous experience. I booked this for my 8 year old granddaughter for Christmas and gave her some money to spend in store. She absolutely loved every minute. We also did the Gloss in the Park perfume making with Nathan who was so helpful and friendly so big shout out to him but all the staff were fantastic. Had lunch in the P Louise cafe and then did making a Lip oil. Just an all round wonderful day for a little girl. Thanks P Louise.
A wonderful visit for Bella’s 10th birthday party. A great experience! The food and drink in the cafe was lovely - the runny eggs, perfect! The hot choc was chocolicious! The coffee very tasty! The pancakes yummmmmy and the chocolate covered strawberry - a firm favourite for the girls! The staff very welcoming and made it a perfect day out 💙Emmilea was ace!
Every girls dream what not to love ……pink pink pink!!! My daughter and her friend loved it they made their own scent with the help of Julia who was lovely! 🥰 all the staff were friendly and helpful 😊
We loved the dance games, which were super fun and high-energy, and Maddie was an absolute gem helping us out with all the skincare options in one of the shop carriages!
Also, the drinks from the cafe were spectacular! So pretty and tasty 🩷
