We had a great experience working with Rubina Rob and her team. We were in a long process of trying to buy a shared ownership flat that had various issues with finding a lender. We had switched flats 2 times and eventually were able to find a lender and proceed with the purchase of the flat.
There were some confusions on the documents sent to us at some point due to switching flats twice but this was quickly resolved by Rubina and the documents for the correct flat were sent to us.
Other than that small hiccup, the process was fairly smooth. Delays were not at fault of the solicitors.
