First of all, I think got onto Plugnook because I thought I was purchasing a Vivo phone but after payment was taken from my account I did not see a any confirmation of order as the other e-commerce playforms do. So I don’t know whether the product is coming or not.

Then to make it worse, my account has been deduction for membership which I asked to be cancelled immediately. I am highly frustrated
