The engineer did a good job, but one radiator couldn't be fixed as it required a new part, which meant draining the entire system. I opted not to proceed with that for now. However, I was unhappy with the long wait for a visit (a month), especially since several of my radiators were ice-cold, it was December, and I am 78 years old.
